So here's the thing about trainers... while we may be self proclaimed gym rats, and it may seem like we love working out like other people love tropical vacations, we do have days where we just do not want to go to the gym. We have the same excuses everyone else does: we're too busy, too tired, too stressed.
For those days, this is the single best trick I have for getting my butt to the gym and getting my workout in. I have a full body routine that takes me 10 minutes to do (download here), and on days where I can not imagine slaving away...
