Not Your Mother's Nutrition Program

The Club is unlike anything you've experienced from a typical wellness program whether you've tried meal plans, calorie/macro tracking, keto, paleo, plant-based, cleanses, intermittent fasting, or meal delivery systems.

We don't bat an eye at the idea of going to a therapist or keeping a gym membership long term because we understand that if we want to maintain our results we have to do upkeep. But for some reason we think we can follow a diet for 3 months and be forever changed.

Hi, I'm Kat! Functional nutrition practitioner, holistic health coach, personal trainer, and fellow wellness warrior. 

When I tell you I've been where you are right now, I mean I've truly been there. My saga of a health journey is what's driven me to help women like you for the past 13 years.

For 2 decades I dealt with cystic acne, stubborn weight, candida, chronic fatigue, hypothyroidism, Hashimoto's, debilitating pms, leaky gut, SIBO, h pylori, parasites, and mold.

I was passed from doctor to doctor, specialist to specialist. But with no one connecting the dots, I had to take a piecemeal approach to healing. And it took for-e-ver.

That's why I created The Club. I don't think anyone should have to feel as lost, hopeless, and alone as I did through this process. I don't think it should have to be so damn hard.

"Why do I need to commit to a year??"

I'll be honest, I debated about whether or not to require a year commitment. But knowing what I know about what it takes to make truly lasting changes, I couldn't in good conscience offer a month-to-month membership.

My biggest priority is making sure the results you see with me actually stick. 

Diets have an 80-95% failure rate within the first year. We are not going to add to that statistic! 

The reason for such terrible numbers is most diets tell you what to do to get quick results in 30, 60, maybe 90 days

But what happens after that?? I'll tell you what happens... life. 

You come up against busy seasons, unexpected stressors, trips, happy hours, holidays, parties, major moves, loss of a loved one. Suddenly the diet doesn't fit your life anymore and you find yourself sliding back to old habits (and back to square one).

This is why we can't just change your diet. We have to change your habits, your thoughts, and the way you respond to life's challenges 

And that. takes. time. 

So yes, we're in this for a year together so when those inevitable saboteurs come up, I'll be here to help you navigate that bumpy road instead of letting it toss you off course.
