Hi, I'm Kat! Functional nutrition practitioner, personal trainer, and fellow hypothyroid warrior. 

When I tell you I've been where you are right now, I mean I've truly been there. It's what's driven me to help women like you for the past 13 years.

For 2 decades I dealt with many of the symptoms associated with Hashimoto's thyroiditis: cystic acne, stubborn weight, candida, fatigue, pms, leaky gut, SIBO, h pylori, parasites, and mold.

I was passed from doctor to doctor. But with no one connecting the dots or getting to the root, remission took years.

That's why I created The Club. I don't think anyone should have to feel as lost, hopeless, and alone as I did.

The stress hormone cortisol inhibits hormone production, slows digestion, and suppresses the metabolism, making everything feel like an uphill battle.
