"Why do I need to commit to a year??"

I'll be honest, I debated about whether or not to require a year commitment. But knowing what I know about what it takes to make truly lasting changes, I couldn't in good conscience offer a month-to-month membership.

My biggest priority is making sure the results you see with me actually stick. 

Diets have an 80-95% failure rate within the first year. We are not going to add to that statistic! 

The reason for such terrible numbers is most diets tell you what to do to get quick results in 30, 60, maybe 90 days

But what happens after that?? I'll tell you what happens... life. 

You come up against busy seasons, unexpected stressors, trips, happy hours, holidays, parties, major moves, loss of a loved one. Suddenly the diet doesn't fit your life anymore and you find yourself sliding back to old habits (and back to square one).

This is why we can't just change your diet. We have to change your habits, your thoughts, and the way you respond to life's challenges 

And that. takes. time. 

So yes, we're in this for a year together so when those inevitable saboteurs come up, I'll be here to help you navigate that bumpy road instead of letting it toss you off course. 

Meet Your Coach!

Hi, I'm Kat! Functional nutrition practitioner, holistic health coach, personal trainer, and fellow wellness warrior. 

When I tell you I've been where you are right now, I mean I've truly been there. My saga of a health journey is what's driven me to help women like you for the past 13 years.

For 2 decades I dealt with cystic acne, stubborn weight, candida, chronic fatigue, hypothyroidism, Hashimoto's, debilitating pms, leaky gut, SIBO, h pylori, parasites, and mold.

I was passed from doctor to doctor, specialist to specialist. But with no one connecting the dots, I had to take a piecemeal approach to healing. And it took for-e-ver.

That's why I created The Club. I don't think anyone should have to feel as lost, hopeless, and alone as I did through this process. I don't think it should have to be so damn hard. 

With the tools inside, you're going to be able to connect your own dots, find your most efficient path to healing, and do it all with a community of incredible women by your side. 

Not Your Mother's Nutrition Program

The Club is so much more than anything you've experienced from a typical wellness program whether you've tried meal plans, calorie/macro tracking, keto, paleo, plant-based, cleanses, intermittent fasting, or meal delivery systems.

And it's because of the 3 key wellness principles we live by:

1. One size does not fit all.

What works for one body doesn't work for all bodies. This is why we offer so many pathways, so you can find the right fit for you instead of trying to shove a square peg into a round hole. 

2. A holistic problem needs holistic solutions.

The great thing about The Club is there really is a program for everyone inside, most of which can work in conjunction with various dietary restrictions and preferences. 

With that said, fad diets and quick fixes are not in alignment with what we do so I encourage you to come in with an open mind to try a different approach if that's what you're used to. 

At the end of the day, a diagnosis (or even just symptoms) are downstream products of upstream problems. 

Your body didn't randomly get sick out of the blue (even if it seems like it did). 

Dysfunction had to happen at a cellular level over the course of months or years before it became a full blown disease.

That's why instead of focusing on that end result, we work as far upstream as possible to get your body functioning better using diet and lifestyle changes, regardless of what label a doctor has given you.

While I share tons of examples of what you could eat for various meals and how to throw together simple but tasty recipes, I tend to stay away from full-blown meal plans.

Why? Because if you give a man a fish you feed him for a day. If you teach a man to fish you feed him for a lifetime.

My guess is you've probably followed a specific diet or meal plan in the past. And you've probably come to the realization that if you can't be flexible with your diet and think critically about your food choices in a variety of situations, your results will only last as long as the meal plan does. 

You'll hear me talk a lot in the podcast about various resources to supplement our work together. We regularly talk about the value of having a wellness team of therapists, functional medicine practitioners, and the like; and I often will refer you to the books and websites I find to be most helpful.
