As the year winds down, it’s the perfect time to reflect on all the amazing discoveries that have made life just a little sweeter, healthier, and more intentional. Today, I’m sharing my favorite finds from this past trip around the sun—spanning everything from skin care and supplements to transformational books and programs. Let’s dive in!

Let’s start with a simple yet transformative tradition: the Joy Jar. Here’s how it works: each time something wonderful happens, write it down and pop it into a mason jar. Skin Care & Beauty Devices

NuDerma High-Frequency Wand:

This tool uses high-frequency electrical currents to rejuvenate the skin. It works by generating a gentle oscillating electrical current that creates oxygen-enriched molecules, which enhance blood circulation, stimulate collagen production, and kill acne-causing bacteria.

Microneedling Pen:

Many users pair the Doctor Pen with serums or growth factors (I use The Ordinary Copper Peptide face serum for a double whammy on the scars) to maximize absorption and results.
